About The Project
A product launch on a construction site is never just a product launch.
There are schedules. Safety rules. General contractors. Liability concerns. Crews trying to work. And somewhere inside all of that, a brand still needs a campaign that feels polished, confident, and built to move.
For “Press. Test. Done”, RWC came to REMEDY to launch SharkBite’s new PEX Press tool. The product mattered, but so did the bigger brand story.
SharkBite is widely known for one breakout product. This launch was a chance to widen that perception and show contractors, plumbers, and the industry that SharkBite is not a one-product brand. It is a full brand of jobsite solutions built for real work.
The Ask
RWC needed a launch campaign that could introduce a major new plumbing product while continuing to expand what people understand the SharkBite brand to be.
The piece had to feel premium, practical, and built for pros. Not overly slick. Not fake. Not staged in a way that construction audiences would immediately reject. It needed to show the product in the environment where it actually matters: on the job.
That created the real challenge.
Construction sites are hard places to film. Access is limited. Liability is real. General contractors do not usually love extra people, cameras, lights, and production gear moving through an active site. So we needed to create a campaign that looked elevated while keeping the production footprint small, flexible, and respectful of the work happening around us.
The Solution
We built the campaign around real jobsite momentum.
Instead of trying to force a massive commercial production into places that could not support it, we shaped the production around the access we could earn. That meant building relationships, finding the right sites, staying nimble, and making smart creative choices inside real-world limits.
Our main production took place inside a larger residential build where we had more control, fewer people on site, and enough visual range to capture the product in a polished, campaign-level way. That gave us the hero footage we needed: clean action, strong details, real installation moments, and a jobsite that could carry the launch visually.
But the campaign did not live from one shoot alone.
We also built the final piece from a wider body of work captured across the full product launch effort. That included footage from how-to content, real job applications, and testimonial shoots with plumbers using the tool in the field. Each source added something different. The hero shoot gave us polish. The how-to work gave us clarity. The testimonials gave us truth.
That mix became the strength of the project.
A launch film with real jobsite texture. A product story grounded in actual use. A brand moment that felt bigger than one tool, without losing sight of the tool itself.
The Deliverables
REMEDY delivered a launch film for SharkBite’s PEX Press tool, supported by campaign footage captured across multiple jobsite environments.
The project included concept development, writing, production, editorial, sound design, music, color, finishing, title design, motion graphics, and photography. The final campaign pulled from hero production footage, how-to content, and real plumber testimonial shoots to support a broader product launch for RWC and SharkBite.
The launch has helped RWC continue building awareness around SharkBite as a broader product family, not just the one product many customers already know.
